AED Maintenance Packages

• Basic Package

  Once you’ve purchased your AED, there are additional steps to undergo periodically, as your consumable items require replacement.  Our Basic Package is there to ensure that when expiration dates are approaching, your consumable items are already replaced – this means your AED suffers no ‘down time’.  We will track those expiration dates and prompt you in advance of an upcoming replacement requirement.  We can even order it all for you, schedule an appointment, and complete the replacement work for you.

• Enhanced Package

  Your AED performs self diagnosing checks regularly (the frequency of which varies, depending on your device), to make sure it is in a ‘rescue ready’ state.  However, we always advise you to perform your own checks on top on this.  Our Enhanced Package is there to manage these checks for you: we will physically check your device, at a scalable amount per frequency, and report back to you… this is a great peace of mind for people who site their AED away from busier foot fall areas – the last thing you need when someone collapses is to dash for your AED and find that it’s not working, worse still, that no-one noticed.

• Corrective Package

  Your AED performs self diagnosing checks regularly (the frequency of which varies, depending on your device), to make sure it is in a ‘rescue ready’ state.  However, we always advise you to perform your own checks on top on this.  Though we all hope nothing should go wrong with a device, there are a number of reasons why your AED might alert you to it no longer being in a ‘rescue ready’ state.  Our Corrective Package supports you and your AED should something go wrong.  We will attend your premises within 24hrs, diagnose and correct on site, or leave a replacement unit for you while more intensive maintenance is completed.

• Responsive Package

  Once you’ve purchased your AED, the hope is that it never has to be used, but rather that it is there and ready – just in case.  Our Responsive Package is there to support the continuation of your AED efficacy if it does get used.  Once you notify us that your AED has had to be used, we will attend your premises within 24hrs, diagnose, check and replace your consumables on site, ensuring there is minimum ‘down time’ of your AED and its ‘rescue ready’ state.
